Last night marked another great networking session of the Search & Digital Marketing Meetup Group -which was held at the Exchange Pub & Restaurant. Despite the frigid temperatures, a small cadre of Ottawa area digital marketing professionals & entrepreneurs met for an evening of good old fashioned face to face networking. WebFuel in association with IABC Ottawa hosted this fun event.
Ottawa area digital marketers and a variety of online professionals, got to meet & greet, and discuss most any related topic. I witnessed and participated in some great and stimulating conversations.
It’s actually great to get to mingle with people within our industry and have some real face to face conversations. Too often, we Tweet, text, email, and use other forms of technology to communicate. The human side of things often gets lost in the frey.
