Last night marked another great session of the Ottawa Search & Digital Marketing Meetup Group – which was held at the Exchange Pub & Restaurant (Our 7th such event!). We had an excellent turnout of Ottawa area search & digital marketing professionals. Our event was prefaced by some superb networking and industry chit chat. WebFuel in association with Corel Canada & IABC Ottawa hosted this fun & informative session.

Our main presenter was Derek Tucker. Derek gave an excellent overview of the benefits of using Google Analytics in order to implement Retargeting via the Google Display Network. Heady stuff to be sure. Once you understand the techniques, and associated implementation, you will appreciate the online advertising possibilities, and the precision one can expect when implementing this cutting edge technology.
